Estuvimos cuatro días en Agosto de 2011 y fuimos muy bien atendidos por el personal del hotel.
El desayuno muy abundante y las habitaciones amplias y cuidadas. Llenas de detalles.
Hubiera sido interesante haber tenido personal que atendiera en español, aunque cuando fue muy necesario sí lo hicieron.
Siempre que vaya a Budapest me alojaré en este hotel.

I have placed a review on Tripadvisor, which I invite you to read. Because our stay in the New York Palace was so memorable I have decided to add some comments on this site. This hotel is exceptional in design, service, standard of room, staff coutesy and attitude. The foyer is truely a work of art and a joy to see. The reception is unique and is always staffed with great people. The coffee shop is a delight to visit and the food is wonderfull. Ther is no aspect of this hotel which is in need of criticism. It is worthy of it's 5 star rating. I recommend this hotel

This hotel is amazing. The service is incredible! The people who work here are very courteous and helpful as well as professional. If you get the chance to have dinner in the Salon it is well worth the experience. Not only is the food amazing it is very artistic. The presentation of each course is exquisite. It is all hungarian food so be prepared for something different than you might be use too. The staff was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Oh and The Junior Suite was Fantastic!

My wife and I stayed at your hotel from March 22 through March 25, 2012 and were delighted with the hotel. It is truly a 5 star hotel and definitely deserves Marriott's Category 6 rating. Aside from the sheer beauty of the property itself, the personnel are extremely helpful, very courteous, and exceptionally well trained in the hospitality trade. We would like to give special recognition to a few staff members, namely Laszlo Varnai, Viktoria Bogner who served us in the deep water restaurant, and Lorant the concierge who checked us in and helped us throughout our stay, not to mention the upgrade he gave us to a Superior room because of our Marriott Gold status (which was done without our asking by the way). We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Budapest.
